Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received. 

• Return requests for items that show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us via Instagram (@ornadia_) with your order number and reason for return.

• Items should be sent back with proof of purchase and in their original packaging, if possible.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds and Store Credit

• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a full refund to the original payment method or offer store credit.
